Thanks to years of RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT carried out by the Urban Nature and Biosystems Engineering Group AGR 268 of the University of Seville, the Fytotextile® system has been subjected to several tests to improve its physical and mechanical capabilities, giving it specific technical characteristics that differentiate it from the rest of systems on the market.

Characteristics  

Fytotextile® has an optimized structure with several layers adaptable for any surface.  Fytotextile® allows greater ventilation for the roots and therefore greater growth.

Characteristics
Fytotextile® system

Patented modular system composed of three layers of organic and synthetic fabric
All sides are interconnected and can have a maximum capacity of 36 PLANTS (6x6) or 49 PLANTS (7x7) per square meter.


Cultivation

The pockets in the system allow the switch from a soil to a semi-hydroponic cultivation on vertical facades.

Weight

 Fytotextile® total weight completely saturated and planted, it is around 28-35 kg/m2 (among the lightest on the market).

Modular System

Fytotextile® ´s system adapts perfectly to any surface thanks to its flexibility and customisation.

Material

Fytotextile® modules consist of three assembled layers of synthetic and flexible material reaching a total thickness of 20 mm.

Irrigation system

Each module has a tear-off pocket at the top where the irrigation hose can be stored for easy control and intervention at any time.

Maintenance

Thanks to its pockets division, Fytotextile® allows you to maintain and work on each individual plant without damaging the others.
